Will merchant pay for Delivery Charges?
The delivery charges are already paid by the customer.

GbanjoDeals provides delivery nationwide.All orders attracts a delivery fee which is based on order weight and your shipping address.
How much are the Pickup charges?
GbanjoDeals provides pick up options in specific locations. All orders for pick up attract a pick up fee which is based on weight and selected pick up location.
What is the estimated delivery period?
The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:
For our customers within Lagos, we will deliver your order within 1-2 working days. For customers outside of Lagos, we will deliver your items within 2-4 working days.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through our dedicated dispatch riders or reputed courier Providers.
When making a purchase we have a list of all the areas where we offer delivery services.
What is a pick up centre?
A Pick up Center is GbanjoDeals experience center where customers can go and pick up their purchases. If you prefer to pick up your item instead of a delivery, we have available pickup locations in Lagos. After you have placed the order and selected your preferred pickup location, your order will be made available at the pickup location 5 business days after the order has been placed.
Kindly note that items will only remain at the pickup Centre for 7 working days. If you require a pickup rescheduling after 7 days, kindly send an email to info@gbanjodeals.com; stating your required pick up date. Please note that orders not picked up after 7 days will be forfeited without refund.
What about warranty and hidden cost?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
Does GbanjoDeals Deliver internationally?
GbanjoDeals doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the card is registered in Nigeria and the Delivery Address is within Nigeria.
