What is the 7 day Replacement Guarantee?

·         All products sold at are covered under our 7 Day Replacement Guarantee.

·         Notify us of any problems, damages or defects by making a return to our pick up centers closest to you in 3 days if you are within Lagos and 7 days if you are outside of Lagos, from the date of delivery

·         We will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost or refund you fully if we don’t have a replacement in stock (Terms and conditions apply).

How do I get defective item(s) ordered on, replaced?

In order to get a defective item replaced

·         Fill the return form stating your order number, the name of returned item and Desired Action (Replacement or Refund) and return to any of our pick up centers closest to you.

·         Once a return is made, our quality control team will conduct a check on the returned item and invalid returns will be made available for pick up at our pick up Centre. All valid returns will be treated and feedback will be given based on the desired action.

·         *Allow 15 days for a refund after returns.

·         All refunds are made to your GbanjoDeals "wallet". If you would like your refund transferred to a bank account. Kindly send your bank details to: and a bank refund will be effected in 7 business days.
