You can unsubscribe from GbanjoDeals newsletter by clicking the link at the bottom of the daily email received, or by following the directions on the newsletter tab under your account.


I cannot access my GbanjoDeals account?

Why can’t I use my Debit card?

No, there is no expiry date for the money in your wallet. Money in your wallet can be used at any point in time.



Do you make delivery outside Lagos?

Yes, but presebtly only offers delivery in Lagos.


What is the delivery timeline for purchased orders?

Most items are delivered in 5 business days and Presale orders are delivered 10 business days from date of purchase.


What happens if my order is delayed?

I was charged 500 for delivery, I thought delivery was free of charge?

Presently,GbanjoDeals offer free delivery in Lagos.


I was charged for pick up. I thought pick up was free of charge?

Pick up attracts a pick up charge, the charges are made based on order weight and your pick up location.


Does GbanjoDeals deliver internationally?

GbanjoDeals doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the card is registered in Nigeria and the Delivery Address is within Nigeria.



GbanjoDeals’s return policy

GbanjoDeals understands that customer satisfaction is key and we ensure what you ordered is what you get.

All products sold at are covered under our 5 Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 3 days if you are in Lagos and 7 days from the date of delivery if you are outside of Lagos, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost or refund you fully if we don’t have a replacement in stock.


How do I make a return?

Every order purchased on GbanjoDeals come with a returns form; Fill the return form stating your order number, the name of returned item and Desired Action (Replacement or Refund) and return to any of our pick up centers.

Once a return is made, our quality control team will conduct a check on the returned item and invalid returns will be made available for pick up at our pick up center.

*Allow 14 days for a refund after returns


Are there products that cannot be returned?

Yes, there are products that cannot be accepted as returns:

·         Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box, packaging, tags or to the product

·         Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

·         Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

·         Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

·         Underwears, swim wear ,lingerie, socks, Personal hygiene items (combs, barrettes, hair curlers, hair wigs, hairpieces, sex toys and other similar products) and Consumables.

If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If you received the product, we will refund only the cost of the item only in cases where there are defects.

All refunds are made to your GbanjoDeals "wallet". If you would like a bank refund kindly provide your bank details or alternatively you can send your bank details to and we will process a bank refund in 7 business days.



We can offer you a full money back refund on any unredeemed, unscheduled coupon within seven days of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the deal fine print. No questions asked.

After the first seven days but within the deal validity, coupons can ONLY be exchanged for wallet credits to use for future purchases. After that, all sales are final.

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
